Put your Twitch name in the email so we can find your quiz straight away.
Support hours are 06:00 to 01:00 Portugal time (WET/WEST). Messages outside those hours are answered as soon as we're back.
Common questions
The chat chip on my host page is red or says not connected
Press Reconnect chat on the host page. If it stays red, sign out and sign back in with Twitch: this happens if you changed your Twitch password or removed Quiz Night under Connections in your Twitch settings.
Answers aren't being hidden from chat
Twitch never lets anyone delete a moderator's or the broadcaster's messages, so a mod's !a stays visible. Send your mods the answer page link from your account page instead. Also check you haven't put !a in Blocked Terms or AutoMod, or Twitch will hold the answers back before the quiz sees them.
Nobody's answers are counting
Players need to type !joinquiz first (they can join any time during the night), then answer with !a followed by their answer, once per question. Check the chat chip is green and the question is open on the host page.
The scene is blank or the wrong size in OBS
Add it as a Browser source using the OBS scene link from your account page, at 1920 by 1080 (or 1080 by 1920 for the vertical link). If it ever looks stuck, right-click the source and choose Refresh. Changes to your colours, font or icon show up on their own within a couple of seconds, between questions.
Someone gave a right answer but it was marked wrong
Open Check answers on the host page while the next question runs and press Accept. It counts from when they typed it, so their time stays fair. You can also add extra accepted spellings to any question on your Questions page.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Press Billing on your account page. Cancelling keeps your plan working until the end of the month you've paid for. See the refund policy for the details.
Where do library questions come from, and can I use them elsewhere?
We write and check them ourselves. They're for running quizzes on your own streams while you have the Library plan, and can't be copied or shared outside your quizzes. Questions you've already added stay in your quiz if your plan changes.
A library question is wrong
Please tell us! Email the question and what you think the right answer is, and we'll check and fix it for everyone.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us from the address on your Stripe receipt, or tell us your Twitch name, and we'll delete it. Viewers can ask us to remove their answers from a quiz's history the same way. More in our privacy policy.
