Quiz Night

Cancelling and Refunds

Last updated: 18 October 2026 (one plan, every game)

Short version: cancel any time and you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. Because your quiz switches on the moment you pay, refunds aren't given for time you've already started. If something's actually wrong, talk to us first, we'd much rather fix it.

Cancelling

Changing plan

You can move between Basic and Personalised from Billing at any time. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month automatically: moving up charges the difference, moving down gives you credit against your next bill.

If you start a plan while paying for an older one (a game on its own, or the Complete bundle), the older one is cancelled when the new one starts and the unused part of its month comes off your next bill.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Customers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Quiz Night starts working the moment your payment goes through, so at checkout you're asked to agree that it starts straight away and that you lose this right once it has started (in line with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

If your quiz doesn't switch on straight after you've paid, your right of withdrawal stays in place until it does. If your first payment hasn't switched your quiz on within 24 hours, email us and we'll refund it in full.

When refunds aren't given

When something's wrong

If the Service isn't working as it should and we can't fix it, we'll put it right fairly, which can include a refund for the time it wasn't working. Email support@rustinew.com with your Twitch name and what happened.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank, it's almost always quicker. A disputed payment may switch your quiz off while the dispute is open.
